Subsidizing Philosophical Thoughts

I was laying in bed thinking about how life exists in the universe. What if the energy of life, the conscience, is on a radio like frequency throughout the universe? Think of life forms as a radio receiver. When the body is conceived it picks up this "radio" frequency, when the body dies, it looses the frequency. Maybe a new life form then picks up the unused frequency after the other dies. The frequency or conscience can only operate in the life form to the capacity of that being. So if a human dies the frequency is then picked up by a cat. Although it is the same frequency as before, it can only function to the capability of a cat. What do you think?
